Q: What are the opening/closing times?
A: Our opening times are as follows: Mon, Tues, Wed and Fri 8:00am - 20:00pm; Thurs 8:00am -
17:00pm and Sat 9:00am - 11:00am.
Q: What is online booking?
A: It is possible to book an appointment online, saving you from coming into the practice. Just click on 'book appointment' which can be found under 'Requests'.
Q: How long does it take to order repeat scripts online?
A: 48 hours from date received.
Q: Which travel vaccinations do you provide
free under the NHS?
A: Hepatitis A, typhoid, diphteria and polio.
Q: Who qualifies for flu jabs?
A: Patients that are invited by letter, the over 65's and children with asthma.

Q: How long do test results take?
A: Anything from 5 to 10 working days.
Q: Can I receive a call back from a doctor?
A: No.
Q: How do I get medical certificates/pregnancy exemptions?
A: Make an appointment with a doctor.
Q: Is a doctors appointment always necessary for blood tests?
A: Yes, always.
Q: How long does it take to register?
A: 48 hours.
Q: Is there a fee to see the doctor?
A: No.
Q: What is the catchment area for the surgery?
A: W14, W6, SW6 and part of SW5.
Q: Do patients need to pay for: scripts, medical certificates, travel vaccinations and letters?
A: No.
Q: How long do appointments with doctors or nurses last?
A: 10 MINUTES unless otherwise authorised by doctors/nurses.
Q: Is it possible to book double appointment with
a doctor (two appoinments together - 20 minutes)?
A: Not without a doctor's permission.
Q: Is there access for disabled patients?
A: Yes, there is a lift to the basement.
Q: Do you have specialist doctors for example skin, bones etc.?
A: No, doctors will refer patients to see specialists.
Q: Do I need to see a doctor for a referral?
A: Yes.
Q: How long do referrals take/when can I expect an appointment?
A: It is at the hospital's discretion.
